Chai Manor is located on Wallenberg Drive in El Paso, Texas. Chai Manor provides spacious living apartments in a warm and caring atmosphere. It was established to enhance the quality of independent living for residents with limited income who have reached the age of 62 and people with disabilities.

Our community offers sixty 1 bedroom/1 bath apartments including 3 ADA units. For the convenience of all residents, water and trash are included. Each apartment features walk-in closets, mini blinds, fully-equipped kitchen with electric range/oven and refrigerator, disposal, two emergency alarms, a laundry facility, a community library and complimentary transportation to grocery stores and area pharmacies
